Introduction

ThreeThirtyThree & Sons LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates findkaraoke.net (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the Site.

Information Collection and Use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name and email address.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Like many sites, we use cookies to collect information.

When you first visit the Site, we show a cookie banner with two choices:

  • Accept all — we enable analytics cookies, and advertising cookies may be used to personalize the ads you see.
  • Reject all — we disable analytics cookies, and advertising is limited to non-personalized ads, which are based on the content of the page rather than on your browsing history.

Until you make a choice, we treat advertising as non-personalized. You can also instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, though some parts of the Site may not work correctly if you do.

Advertising

We use Mediavine to display advertising on the Site. Advertising is how we keep FindKaraoke free to use. Mediavine runs its own consent pop-up and its own "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, which are the controls for its ads. See the Mediavine section below for what its partners collect.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to the Site and/or other sites on the Internet. These vendors may also collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view, and may use that information to measure ad performance and to detect fraud.

Where advertising is personalized, this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some privacy laws. See "Your Privacy Choices" below for how to opt out.

You have several ways to control advertising cookies:

For more information about how Google collects and uses data when you use our Site, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Mediavine Programmatic Advertising (Ver 1.1)

The Website works with Mediavine to manage third-party interest-based advertising appearing on the Website. Mediavine serves content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use first and third-party cookies. A cookie is a small text file which is sent to your computer or mobile device (referred to in this policy as a “device”) by the web server so that a website can remember some information about your browsing activity on the Website.

First party cookies are created by the website that you are visiting. A third-party cookie is frequently used in behavioral advertising and analytics and is created by a domain other than the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies, tags, pixels, beacons and other similar technologies (collectively, “Tags”) may be placed on the Website to monitor interaction with advertising content and to target and optimize advertising. Each internet browser has functionality so that you can block both first and third-party cookies and clear your browser’s cache. The "help" feature of the menu bar on most browsers will tell you how to stop accepting new cookies, how to receive notification of new cookies, how to disable existing cookies and how to clear your browser’s cache. For more information about cookies and how to disable them, you can consult the information at All About Cookies.

Without cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of the Website content and features. Please note that rejecting cookies does not mean that you will no longer see ads when you visit our Site. In the event you opt-out, you will still see non-personalized advertisements on the Website.

The Website collects the following data using a cookie when serving personalized ads:

  • IP Address
  • Operating System type
  • Operating System version
  • Device Type
  • Language of the website
  • Web browser type
  • Email (in hashed form)

Mediavine Partners (companies listed below with whom Mediavine shares data) may also use this data to link to other end user information the partner has independently collected to deliver targeted advertisements. Mediavine Partners may also separately collect data about end users from other sources, such as advertising IDs or pixels, and link that data to data collected from Mediavine publishers in order to provide interest-based advertising across your online experience, including devices, browsers and apps. This data includes usage data, cookie information, device information, information about interactions between users and advertisements and websites, geolocation data, traffic data, and information about a visitor’s referral source to a particular website. Mediavine Partners may also create unique IDs to create audience segments, which are used to provide targeted advertising.

If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices to opt-in or opt-out of this data collection, please visit National Advertising Initiative opt out page. You may also visit Digital Advertising Alliance website and Network Advertising Initiative website to learn more information about interest-based advertising. You may download the AppChoices app at Digital Advertising Alliance’s AppChoices app to opt out in connection with mobile apps, or use the platform controls on your mobile device to opt out.

For specific information about Mediavine Partners, the data each collects and their data collection and privacy policies, please visit Mediavine Partners.

Affiliate Links

Some of our gear guides link to products on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click one of these links, Amazon may set its own cookies on your device so it can tell that the purchase came from our Site. Those cookies are set by Amazon, not by us, and are covered by Amazon's Privacy Notice. We don't receive any personal information about you from Amazon, only reports of what was bought. See our affiliate disclosure for more.

Your Privacy Choices

Mediavine ads. Mediavine runs its own consent controls, separate from our cookie banner. In the EU, EEA, and UK it shows its own consent pop-up before collecting anything for personalized ads, and you can reopen it any time from the Manage Preferences link it places on the page. In California and other US states with opt-out rights it shows its own Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link. Our cookie banner doesn't switch Mediavine off.

Everyone. You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this Site's data in your browser, which brings the cookie banner back on your next visit.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We show a consent message from a Google-certified consent management platform before advertising or analytics cookies are used. You can accept or decline there, and you can manage or withdraw your consent at any time through that message.

California residents. Personalized advertising may be treated as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To opt out, select Reject all in our cookie banner; ads will then be non-personalized. You may also request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
